    Sarasvati Sukta Booklet

Sarasvati Sukta, composed of ten mantras from Rig Veda, invokes the Divine Mother Sarasvati, the goddess of wisdom, creativity, and discernment. She presides over the power of memory and intelligence, and in eastern mythology is described as the creative matrix of the creator and a bridge between our intellect and emotions. These mantras offer a window into her incessant flow, which makes us a thinking being, and her spontaneous pulsation, which is the genius in us.

Sarasvati Sukta is the crown jewel of Rig Veda, the most ancient scripture on earth, and each of its ten mantras has been kept fully awakened by a long line of sages. Throughout the ages, Sarasvati Sukta has served as a living tool for tantric masters and adepts of mantra vidya and kundalini yoga, who adore Sarasvati as the inner pulsation of the highest consciousness.

This booklet contains the ten Sarasvati Sukta mantras in Sanskrit (Devanagari and transliteration) and a detailed translation by Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. Like Sri Sukta and Prajapati Sukta, the mantras of Sarasvati Sukta are a special gift from the Himalayan Masters to seekers of inner wisdom and creativity.
