About the Author

Phil Nuernberger, PhD, has dedicated over thirty year of his life to skillfully combine the wisdom and knowledge of the East with the science and practicality of the West, to train business executives and students in the personal skills of leadership mastery, emotional integrity, and spirituality. Dr. Nuernberger was one of the first to direct a successful biofeedback program, to provide stress management training to corporate executives, and to develop and educate professionals in holistic health. He was a student of Swami Rama for forty years, and is now the Director of Strategic Intelligence Skills.
