Swami Rama

The search for truth alone provides a ray of hope for the individual and for humanity as a whole. We have done so much research on matter, mind, and energy, yet we have not discovered the ways and methods of attaining happiness and loving others selflessly. This book gives a glimpse into the four paths of yoga and clearly expounds upon their fundamental concepts and philosophies.

The four paths of yoga include:

  • Karma Yoga: the path of action, service to others, mindfulness, and remembering the levels of our being while fulfilling our actions in the world.
  • Bhakti Yoga: the path of devotion, emotion, love, compassion, and service to God and others.
  • Jnana Yoga: the path of knowledge, wisdom, introspection, and contemplation.
  • Raja Yoga: a comprehensive method that emphasizes meditation, while encompassing the whole of yoga.

This book creates a provocative atmosphere for you to choose a definite path for yourself. Find your yogic path with the guidance of a Himalayan master. Pick up your copy of Choosing a Path and discover a clearer direction in your journey through life.
