These mats are made from 100% cotton and are handwoven by local artisans in Mirzapur, India. Our goal is to support these local weavers who have been struggling to compete with mass-market products and to support the tradition of passing down their trade and skills to the next generation.
These mats come in a wide assortment of colors, and can be used as a yoga mat, a beach mat, or an area rug.
Ordering Instructions
No two mats are the same, making each one one of a kind. In addition to selecting "Pastel", "Earthtone", or "Bright", please specify what color you prefer in your cart notes under the "Special instructions for seller" field, and we will do our best to find you one with those colors in it.
Please realize that because of the variation in the mats, what you receive may not look like the picture, but will be a similar style.
