About the Author
Dr Swami Karmananda was born in Australia and graduated in medicine from Sydney University. He first visited Bihar School of Yoga in 1974 to obtain greater insight into yoga therapy. His journey to India served as a turning point in his life and he spent several years working in the IYFM Research Coordinating Centre.
