About the Author:
Phil Nuernberger, Ph.D., uniquely and skillfully combines the wisdom and knowledge of the East with the science and practicality of the West to train business executives and students in the personal skills of leadership mastery, emotional integrity, and spirituality. With a doctorate in psychology, he has taught the integration of mind, body, and spirit, and made meditation and spirituality an important part of corporate executive training for over thirty years.
