What is Nose or Nasya Oil?
Great to use while traveling, or in the fall and winter when the air is dry. Best to use in the morning, just after the netti pot cleansing, to promote vitality, proper management of prana and support or your voice and mental clarity
Nose oiling is a traditional practice in Ayurvedic medicine. In symptoms of stress we see aroma therapy and subtle herbs help support the mind, reduce headaches, support sound sleep and even aid concentration.
How to Use:
To use our nose oil and create a lubricating barrier to protect the nasal passage just put a few drops of our oil on your hand (always clean first) and use your pinky finger to apply the oil inside your nostril. Some folks prefer to use a cotton swab, then apply the oil to the other nostril. Or use the dropper to administer the oil into each nostril. After oiling, sniff a few times to allow aroma to be absorbed, and repeat as needed in your day.
